Aloha, The Hawaii Association for the Education of Young Children is proud to announce the 2011 Leadership Symposium on Friday, October 7th and the Hawaii Early Childhood Conference scheduled for Saturday, October 8, 2011 at the Hawaii Convention Center. The theme for 2011 is “Engaging in the Lives of Children”. Through this theme participates will be exposed to new and challenging topics and information that will produce quality-learning experiences for all those that attend. Last year, the leadership symposium and conference attracted over 2,000 participants. Including teachers, therapists, care providers, administrators, parents, paraprofessionals, child advocates and community members.
